Stopped at Mary Lee Donuts shop in Baton Rouge for yummy fresh baked donuts and coffee before heading to New Orleans.

 Arrived in New Orleans late morning after crossing over the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway, composed of two parallel bridges crossing Lake Pontchartrain in southern Louisiana.  The longer of the two bridges is 23.83 miles long.

Had a good Cajun lunch at Felix's, a local oyster bar, watched part of the Saint's game then headed to Pat O'Brien's for their infamous Hurricane, listened to some piano music, then watched the 2nd half of the game and was sad with the rest of the bar when the Saints lost in overtime. :(
