Ronald Reagan Presidential Library

Today we took a different path to Simi Valley, CA, to spend time in the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library.  The library was very different from The Clinton Presidential Library and Center as President Reagan's was more personal.  We learned much more about President Reagan's former years and how life experiences shaped his life and made him the great man and President he was.  The driveway up to the library was lined with street sign banners of past Presidents and our current President.

Much of the museum display was devoted to history from The Cold War up to and including the current world unrest.

Below is one of the more memorable displays which is a piece of the Berlin Wall located outside before entering The Rose Garden, which is a replica of The White House Gardens.

The last photo is in memory of President Reagan's death June 5, 2004.
